Docs / Plans & billing
You pay per site, at the rate your site count reaches, monthly or yearly. Try everything free for 14 days first, with no card needed.
| Plan | Price | What you get |
|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | Up to 2 sites, checked whenever you click Scan now. No automatic checks or alerts. |
| Monitored + Connector | From $14 per site per month | Daily checks, instant alerts, client reports, uptime and SSL monitoring, the connector module, GitHub fix PRs, and every other feature, for every site. |
The paid plan gets cheaper per site as your account grows. Every site is billed at the rate your account reaches:
| Sites in your account | Monthly plan (per site) | Yearly plan (per site, per month) |
|---|---|---|
| 1–24 | $14 | $11.67 |
| 25–99 | $12 | $10 |
| 100+ | $10 | $8.33 |
For example, 30 sites on the monthly plan cost 30 × $12 = $360 a month. Any tax that applies is shown at checkout and on your invoices. Full details are on the pricing page.
Click Upgrade in the dashboard, or go to Account settings → Plan & billing. Choose monthly or yearly, then pay by card in the secure checkout. Payments are handled by Paddle, our payment provider, which also issues your invoices. Your subscription covers the number of sites in your account.
Only the account owner can subscribe, see invoices or change billing. Team members see the current plan but not the billing controls.
You pay for the most sites you've had in a billing period, a bit like seats on a team plan:
Example: you pay for 5 sites, then remove 2 mid-month. Nothing changes until renewal. If you add 2 new sites the same month, they fill the paid slots for free. At renewal you're billed for however many sites you have then.
Yearly billing costs 10 months' worth, which gives you 2 months free at every tier. To switch, go to Account settings → Plan & billing → Switch to yearly. You're charged for a year at the yearly rate, minus a credit for the unused part of the current month, and your renewal date moves to a year from that day.
Everything is in Account settings → Plan & billing:
If a payment fails, the dashboard shows a notice. Update your card and Paddle retries the payment, so monitoring keeps running.
Go to Account settings → Plan & billing → Cancel subscription. There's no contract and no cancellation fee.
Find your referral link in Account settings → Refer an agency and share it. The agency you refer gets a 30-day trial instead of 14 days. When they pay their first bill, your next renewal moves back a month, so you get a month free. You can earn up to 12 free months a year. Referrals within your own company don't count.
The account owner can delete the account in Account settings → Delete account. Any subscription is cancelled first, so you aren't charged again. Deletion is permanent and removes every site, finding and report. To keep a copy, use Export your data on the same page first.
No. The Free plan and the 14-day trial both work without payment details. You only add a card when you subscribe.
No. The connector module, GitHub fix PRs and every other feature are included in the per-site price.
Many agencies include Drubix in their maintenance plans and send clients the branded monthly report. If you'd like white-label billing or a reseller arrangement, get in touch.
Removing a site doesn't refund the current period, but its paid slot stays yours until renewal. Your next bill reflects the sites you have on the renewal date.
